Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We’ll send you a return shipping label. Please try to use the original packaging and appropriate fill material and cushioning.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can replace the item.


Exchanges
The best way to make an exchange is to contact us and let us know what item you want to exchange it for. We will ship that item to you along with a return label.  This allows you to use the packaging from the exchanged item to send the unwanted item back to us.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
