5 stars for sauce pan Zero stars for handle and customer service response
The pan is Falk quality, the best. The handle is useless. Undersized and awkward to where you can’t get a decent grip on it. Realized it once I got it and had used it for a couple weeks. Got it on clearance so kept it. My fault that I didn’t look more closely.
I sent an email to customer service asking if the handle could be replaced with the classic handle AT MY EXPENCE. I never got the courtesy of a reply one way or another. Stay away from the Anniversary handle.
