5 stars for pan ZERO stars for handle and Falk customer service
Pan is Falk quality the best. Handle is useless. Undersized and awkward. You can’t get a good contrôlable grip on it.
Realized it after trying to use it for a couple weeks. Kept because I got it on clearance.
I contacted Falk to see if the handle could be swapped out with the Classic handle at MY EXPENCE. I never even received the courtesy of a reply.
I’ll still buy Falk but this lack of customer service response is disappointing.
