Pans sold on markdown come from various sources: marketing photoshoots and demonstrations, returns with cosmetic damage, and our own testing. Some have been cooked with some have not. Condition varies by pan but they are not compromised in any way. These pans carry the same lifetime guarantee for workmanship as our regular pans. However, if you are not satisfied with the pan you will need to ship it back to us for credit.
