Big and Beautiful but not for the faint of heart.

Love my new 11 in sauté pan! It is really beautiful and functional. It will last for centuries. But it is not light... in fact, it is really heavy. But I personally like that.

This is a beast. Well balanced, responsive to temperature changes and holds a ton of food. Falk knows what it’s doing.
