Great for Casseroles and Small Roasts

The 28 cm Rondeu is my go to pan for casseroles, small roasts, roasted potatoes, and potatoes dauphinoise. It is a workhorse in my kitchen. I'm planning to purchase the 32 cm Gratin pan for when the 28 cm Rondeu is too small.
