Excellent

A solid beautiful balanced frying pan

Falk makes the nicest traditional copper cookware available. I say traditional because while all the other companies have thinned the walls of their standard pots and pans Falk is still making thick walled product. Cooks like a dream, responsive to changes in temperature. Glad I went with Falk.
