Falk Copper Wokster

This piece of Copper Cookware is amazing! We've made it from 2.0mm bimetal stock to reduce the weight, though it is still a hefty 6lbs. or so.

It is shaped similar to a wok, but has a flat surface on the bottom to stabilize it and to provide more cooking surface. It includes a steamer insert.

As you might expect, it excels at stir-frying because of its shape and thermal superiority of its solid copper construction. It is lined with a .008" layer of stainless steel for safety and durability.

We love this pan and know that you will too. You can delete the steamer insert to save on the price.
